If you’re responsible for creating community, strengthening leaders, or helping people actually stick around church long enough to grow—this conference is for you. Whether you’re scaling a large ministry or figuring it out with a spreadsheet and prayer, you’ll be in the right room.
Build Groups is an organization and consulting partner that helps churches design, strengthen, and scale effective small group systems. We work alongside church leaders to bring clarity, structure, and strategy to community and discipleship pathways. Through consulting, coaching, training, and events like the National Small Groups Conference, Build Groups equips churches with practical frameworks and real-world tools to develop leaders, build healthy teams, and create sustainable group cultures that last beyond one season or personality.
Each location of the National Small Groups Conference offers the same core experience: the same schedule, mainstage sessions, and breakout tracks designed to equip your team to grow healthy small group ministry. The main difference is the location and dates you choose, giving churches more options to attend when it works best for their teams. While the overall content is identical, live ministry showcases and local highlights may vary slightly by location, so each conference has a unique flavor tied to the host church. This approach allows more church teams to travel, connect, and grow together without missing key learning opportunities.
Your conference ticket gives you full access to everything you need to learn, connect, and grow:
• Two full days of mainstage sessions and breakout workshops
• All conference materials, plus post-conference video and audio recordings
