Hospitality Volunteer Training Workbook is a four-session training designed to give your first impressions team a deeper connection with the biblical significance of their service and how it impacts people for eternity.

Often, door and parking lot greeters can be roles filled by individuals just to fill a weekend spot. However, greeting church family and new people creates an eternal investment in people's lives. Although they may have a few seconds or minutes of interaction, it can be the type that changes a person's life course forever. Included in this resource is essential training to best position hospitality volunteers to see, find, welcome, and invest in people they are purposed to engage with.
