Adam Erlichman

Adam Erlichman is a Pastor, Consultant, and and 5 time Best-Selling Author with Build Groups, LLC.  He has served on various church staffs in Executive, Life Groups, Discipleship, Young Adult, and Youth ministries.  Adam’s ministry focuses on Groups, Discipleship, Strategic Planning, Solving the Volunteer Crisis, Family Discipleship, and Leadership Development.  He serves on the Southern Baptist Texas Convention (SBTC) Discipleship Team/Board and speaks at various conferences like the Equip Conference. He's written articles for Outreach Magazine, CrossWalk.com, Biblical Leadership.com, and the Small Group Network. In addition, Adam guest speaks on podcasts such as Everyday Theologian, The Church Talk Podcast, Youth & Culture, Youth in Motion, and Vanderbloemen. Adam became a Christian and studied at Liberty University. He is passionate to see every day Christians equipped and mobilized to make and multiply disciples.  Stories of life transformation are his addiction.

In Adam's ministry, God has granted much success with small, medium, and large-sized church ministries.  Church ministries that Adam has worked with prior have increased as much as 800%.  He has written assessments, training processes, and manuals for staff, leaders, and coaches.  Adam's approach to consulting is contextually driven in that there is no one-size-fits-all type of church ministry approach that works for everyone.  He helps custom-build processes and systems through his consulting.

Sterling Archer

VP of Publishing & Content

Sterling is a pastor, writer, and editor who has served the local church for over 15 years. Sterling began in ministry immediately out of high school as a worship pastor but quickly found a passion for small group-driven student ministry during his time on staff at Denton Bible. During his time there, Sterling saw the lasting impact of small group leaders dedicated to discipling the next generation by sharing the gospel and their lives. He has since served as both a campus and connections pastor in both large and small church contexts. Sterling holds a church planting and revitalization degree from Criswell College, is married to his high school crush Stacy, and has two energetic boys, Titus and Wesley. His greatest desire is for others to know and be transformed by Jesus.

 

In addition to consulting and speaking, Sterling brings a background in writing, editing, and book coaching to Build Groups publishing projects, working with authors and content creators to produce content that serves the local church and those that serve the church. He hopes that Build Groups will create books, studies, and resources that will empower pastors and volunteers alike in fulfilling the mission God gave the local church.

Zach Imboden

Groups & Volunteer Consultant

With over two decades of dedicated full-time ministry, Zach has cultivated a profound commitment to empowering individuals and teams on their unique journeys. His career is a testament to this, having led Group Ministry in four different churches nationwide and successfully launching hundreds of groups. Currently, he serves as the Associate Pastor at The Lifehouse Church in Sacramento, CA.

Zach's academic journey is marked by a Master's in Leadership from Liberty University, where he honed his skills in practical leadership principles. He is also a certified Spiritual Director, Marriage Coach, and CliftonStrengths Coach. His experience extends to coaching hundreds of individuals and teams. He is driven by a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Zach's goal is to empower people to make a positive and transformative impact on others' lives.

Zach has been happily married to Anne for over 17 years, and together they have two children.

Cameron Crow

Youth Consultant

 

Cameron Crow is the Student Pastor at First Baptist Church in Farmersville, Texas. He has a passion for discipling the next generation. Along with his role as Student Pastor, Cameron works as the Next-Gen Consultant for the Collin Baptist Association. He excels at networking with student ministers in churches, big and small. But his most exuberant joy is watching students lead their peers to Christ Jesus and getting to follow up with that new Christian in believers' baptism.

Cameron is a pastor, and a developer of people who has served in the local church for 11 years. He began his ministry journey straight out of high school, working part-time as a ministry associate giving support to various ministries of the church. Eventually, Cameron came on Staff at CrossCreek Church to build, and grow a vibrant college/young adult ministry, which led to becoming the Pastor of Adult Ministries. In his current role, Cameron now gives oversight to college/young adults, women’s ministry, church membership/ assimilation, and a targeted focus on their group ministry.

Cameron graduated from Liberty University with both a B.S. in business sales management & professional selling, and Master of Divinity with a focus in disciple-making. He is married to his wife Mikaela, and they often love to travel together anywhere there are mountains and beautiful views!

Keith Harrison

With over 30 years of ministry experience, Keith Harrison has dedicated his life to equipping and encouraging leaders in the local church and beyond. His journey includes more than 20 years of pastoral ministry and over a decade serving parachurch ministries, giving him a unique perspective on both the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders in diverse ministry settings.

Keith’s heart beats for leadership development, discipleship, and volunteer training. Whether working one-on-one with pastors, consulting with ministry teams, or helping churches strengthen their systems of leadership and care, Keith brings both wisdom and practical tools to support healthy, sustainable ministry.

​

Through coaching and consulting, Keith comes alongside pastors and leaders to help them grow personally, lead faithfully, and multiply their impact. His mission is to strengthen the body of Christ by equipping leaders who in turn equip others—building churches and ministries marked by gospel-centered leadership, authentic discipleship, and thriving volunteer teams. Keith studied and played baseball at Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University) where he received a Bachelor of Science in Christianity and Marketing. He also received his Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, and Master of Ministry from Grace School of Theology. Keith and his wife Christina have been married for nearly 30 years and they are blessed with four amazing sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and a playful Goldendoodle named Oakley.

Dennis Garcia

Staff Search Consultant

Dennis Garcia is a seasoned pastor, leader, and coach with a proven track record of helping churches navigate leadership transitions with clarity and confidence. With decades of experience across the church, non-profit, higher education, and retail sectors, Dennis has led dozens of successful staff searches and has personally hired more than 50 employees.

​

Before joining the firm, Dennis spent over seven years in a recruiting role for a missions-sending agency, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and onboarding church planters. His work included guiding leaders through the full assessment process, ensuring the right people were placed in the right roles for long-term impact.

​

Dennis brings a unique blend of strategic insight and pastoral sensitivity to every church he serves. His deep understanding of church leadership, organizational dynamics, and staff development enables him to help churches not only find the right candidate—but also build a healthy foundation for that leader’s success.

Whether clarifying vision, refining job profiles, or equipping search teams, Dennis partners with churches to develop intentional, mission-aligned hiring strategies. His practical, relational approach ensures each transition is thoughtful, thorough, and Spirit-led.

Travis is a Northern Kentucky native and attended Dixie Heights High School. He served at churches in the Louisville area while attending seminary and joined the staff of Hebron Baptist Church in Hebron, Kentucky in 2016 where he served as the Pastor of Missions & Students and then as the Pastor of Discipleship and Students. Travis accepted a call to join MacArthur Blvd as our Pastor of Spiritual Formation in October, 2019.

​

Travis graduated from the University of Kentucky with both a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communication and a B.S. in Psychology. He received his Masters of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a D. Ed. Min.- leadership development and spiritual formation at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Travis and his wife, Hannah, have six children: Sophia, Elisha, Seanna, Stella, Beckett and Callum.
