Adam Erlichman is a Pastor, Consultant, and 5-time Best-Selling Author with Build Groups, LLC. He has served in various ministries, including Executive, Discipleship, Life Groups, Young Adults, and Youth. Adam’s ministry focuses on Managing Teams, Groups/Discipleship, Volunteer Recruitment, Leadership Development, and Next Gen Ministries. He serves on the Southern Baptist Texas Convention (SBTC) Discipleship Team/Board. He occasionally blogs for the Small Group Network, Crosswalk.com, Biblical Leadership.com, and Outreach Magazine, guest speaks at conferences such as Equip, National Disciple-Making Forum, and other leadership training conferences, and on various podcasts such as Malphur's Group: Church Revitalization Podcast, Leaders of Transformation Podcast, Ordinary Discipleship, Vanderbloemen, and The Pastors Connection Network. Adam studied and became a Christian at Liberty University. He is passionate about seeing everyday Christians equipped and mobilized to make, mature, and multiply disciples. Stories of life transformation are his addiction. He is currently a co-vocational church planter at Dwell Church, reaching the nations in the backyard of Dallas, TX, in a predominantly international community.

Zach Imboden

With over two decades of dedicated full-time ministry, Zach has cultivated a profound commitment to empowering individuals and teams on their unique journeys. His career is a testament to this, having led Group Ministry in four different churches nationwide and successfully launching hundreds of groups. Currently, he serves as the Associate Pastor at The Lifehouse Church in Sacramento, CA.​ Zach's academic journey is marked by a Master's in Leadership from Liberty University, where he honed his skills in practical leadership principles. He is also a certified Spiritual Director, Marriage Coach, and CliftonStrengths Coach. His experience extends to coaching hundreds of individuals and teams. He is driven by a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Zach's goal is to empower people to make a positive and transformative impact on others' lives. Zach has been happily married to Anne for over 17 years, and together they have two children.

Joe Tepe
CONSULTANT - BUILD GROUPS
Joe Tepe is a pastor, consultant, and Certified Leadership Pipeline Coach with over 15 years of ministry experience across diverse church contexts from church plants to megachurches, in both traditional and post-Christian settings. He has served as an Executive Pastor, Adult Ministries Pastor, and College Pastor, and spent five years as an Adjunct Professor of Theology at Bushnell University. Through his work, Joe has developed leadership systems that have equipped thousands of staff and volunteer disciple makers.​ In 2009, Joe felt the calling of the Lord to become a teacher of His Word and His ways. Since then, his journey has taken him across the globe, ministering to individuals at every age and stage of life. Through these experiences, he has gained valuable insights into effectively aligning people, processes, and programs. His passion lies in collaborating with churches committed to purposefully equipping disciples who are dedicated to reproduction. Joe holds a Master of Divinity from Western Seminary and a BA in Psychology with Honors from the University of Oregon. He and his wife Kaitlyn have been married for over 15 years and live in San Antonio, Texas with their two cats, Ziggy and Zorro.

It's important to foster an atmosphere that allows for safe, open discussion. We will prompt you with questions to discuss at your table. Everyone sits at tables with no more than eight people, so everyone contributes to the conversation. The speakers provide discussion guidelines and boundaries ahead of time.
CONSTRUCT
Not only will you hear an expert field-tested proven strategy to volunteer recruitment that actually increases your volunteer numbers, but you will also use templates provided to you to assemble your own custom infrastructural process to help discover, develop, and deploy new volunteers into your ministry area.
