Student Ministry Consulting
Student Ministry Consulting is an eight-session process designed to model, inform, equip, and provide a structured experience for student ministry leaders exploring effective ministry strategies. This training helps leaders clarify their mission and vision, develop strategies for engaging students, and create sustainable discipleship and evangelism pathways. Leaders will learn how to build a biblically grounded student community, facilitate small groups, and lead engaging discussions. The training also explores how to mobilize students for service, equip them to share the gospel, and establish a ministry culture that fosters spiritual growth and multiplication. Practical resources and tools for student ministry consulting and leadership development are provided below.

Cameron Crow
Youth Consultant
Cameron Crow is the Student Pastor at First Baptist Church in Farmersville, Texas, where he is passionate about discipling the next generation to know Christ, grow in their faith, and live on mission. He also serves as the Next-Gen Consultant for the Collin Baptist Association, encouraging and equipping churches of all sizes to reach and disciple students effectively. Cameron is known for building strong relationships with student ministers and helping develop healthy, gospel-centered next-generation ministries.

His greatest joy in ministry is watching students lead their peers to Christ and celebrating with them through believers’ baptism as they begin their journey of following Jesus. Cameron is committed to raising up student leaders who see themselves not merely as church attendees, but as active participants in God’s mission.

Cameron and his wife, RoChelle, live in Farmersville, Texas, and are raising four children: Kenlei, Elisabeth, CJ, and Graham. Together, they are passionate about discipleship, adoption, missions, and helping families build a Christ-centered legacy that impacts future generations.
