As ministries grow, one of the first things that gets stretched is our capacity to care for the people we lead. We want to shepherd our leaders well, but the reality is simple: we can’t personally meet every need, answer every question, or have coffee with every leader. So what happens? Leader care becomes inconsistent. But what if healthy leader care isn’t primarily about capacity—it’s about consistency? In this session, we’ll explore how to build a culture where leaders feel seen, supported, encouraged, and equipped without creating an unsustainable workload for ministry leaders. We’ll look at simple rhythms of communication, coaching, encouragement, and follow-up that make care repeatable and scalable.

In this breakout, we'll explore how to move beyond internally focused groups to cultivate a culture where people are known, grounded in God's Word, entrusted with meaningful responsibility, and equipped to live on mission wherever God has placed them.Because the goal isn't simply to gather disciples, but to make disciples who make disciples.
